Claim denied : Geyser Burst

Santam Insurance So We have been a loyal customer of Santam for more than 20 years. Our geyser in Knysna burst and Santam decides that they are not going to pay for it after we logged a formal claim. Thanks for nothing Santam! Can anyone recommend a decent insurer please..?
