Claim delay

My husband was involved in a car accident in June 2022. And they guy apologised and gave us his insurance which is Santam car insurance.i called them and spoke to nazeem Jacobs and I was given claim number ***. And I submitted all the documents required.from that time I don't know what I'm waiting for because I keep calling them they don't pick up the phone.they don't inform us of the progress of the claim.we are just waiting I don't know for how long will we be waiting.no email.no sms no phone call from them.guys stay away from santam
