claim delay

<p>I have a claim for car accident that I submitted and I had to follow up myself with santam all the time before it was settled. now is settled and I asked that santam pay me CIL but Phumzile the claim consultant wants a qoute from the repairer that I will use but if they pay they will be paying according to their qoute so I don't see why she needs my qoute. this is causing stress to me because I can only get the qoute when I go home next month and is causing the delay because my panel beater can not order parts before I pay the deposit.
