Claim declined without due deligence

Hello Peter. What a terrible service from Santam by Consultant called Maurisha, very lazy who rejected my claim based on hearsay. No investigation was done on her part. the truck bumped my car and the driver that bumped my car, logged a claim with his insurance which is Santam for 3rd party damage, clearly by raising or logging a claim and giving me a claim number is him admitting he was at fault but the lady who was handling the claim was very dismissive, did not investigate anything in fact she expected me to do that for her, even after I did and she got all the information from she still rejected my claim even after the truck driver told her he bumped into me bcz I was on his blind spot and that is why he did not see my vehicle. Bear in mind the truck bumped me while my vehicle was standing still.
