The service is so poor regarding the claims card I card evwn rate it. I can not buy online and sms 10 times that 3Dsecure to the number provided; no success. I called them and they reffered me to my network. I called mtn regarding the settings, nothing was wrong because I do send messages to other premium number. I am so dam tired and think of cancelling the whole insurance since they are not helpful.
