Claim canceled for no reason

I have been struggling to get my claim assessed for over a week. Now apparently the contractors that were assigned to assess my claim was canceled. No one informed me or contacted me. I have been calling back and forth for days with no assistance and being told different stories by each person I speak to. I need to know if Santam is going to honor the claim and assist us or not so we know how to proceed.
