Claim approved but now delay tactics?

During july 2017 a claim was filed for a sagging foundation.The claim was rejected and reffered to the internal arbritrator who found in my favour on the 1st of sept 2017.A cost proposal from a structural engineer and geotech company and builder was handed in for approval for repairs to start.Now 2 months later ,with me waiting like a fool for approval so that repairs can start,Santam calls to tell me that they want to send their own engineer and builder??? This is not acceptable to me.Claim no ********** 1*15 policy from absa brokers but underwritten by Santam.If santam does not approved what has been handed in in 7 working days I will be left with no alternative to hand over the matter to an attorney to proceed with civil action of which the cost will be for Santam account.I am no longer going take this nonsense.
