Claim

I had a claim with MTN adymntec underwritten by santam. I made a claim on the first week of June and it was approved. I have been waiting for my device to be sent to me. I escalated the matter to Santam,still, I am not getting any help. I ama being sent from pillar to post. I am very disappointed with the service I received from these two companies.
