My family and I had a car accident on March 18th 2022. Santam has been nothing but helpful and patient from day 1. Reyaan Thoppay was my claim assistant. He was kind and patient from day one. He made sure that our courtesy car extension was always taken care of. He constantly updated us on email and called whenever we emailed him asking for help.
