So super Disappointed, as when this policy was sold to me the Gentleman advised Santam is the Number 1 insurance company and they pay their claims, Then I had the unfortunate case of a break in, and you guys scrutinized everything as it was my garage. 1 Is it attached to the House - Yes it is 2 Does the roof cover it - Yes it does 3 Does it lead into your house - Not directly. Sorry we cant pay your full claim, bye bye

So that's what they probably mean by paying people's claims. They never pay the full amount. Thanks Santam so GLAD I joined you
