Claim *** - Disaster

I recently had work done by a panel beater, claim process was fine, the work done to my car was utterly pathetic for a so called reputable business. I have taken my car twice and still I'm not happy. Santam didn't once call me to ask about my experience and when I called their office to complain about the work , the consultant said someone will call me back, I'm still waiting since last week. Very bad service overall for a company where I pay a premium installment. Very disappointing. Leigh Smith-***
