Cheats and non caring

Had a guy ride into the rear of my vehicle . Made a claim which was approved , found additional work that needed to be done . Phoned Santam got approval from accessor, have telephonic and email proof but only part of claim was paid . Even though I had all the proof in the world of conversation with and approval from accessor , only part was paid . Took 2 years and much begging , feel totally cheated . They all stuck together even though I had all the proof to show agreements.. was ultimately forced into signing and settling on whatever they would give me after paying , even raking a loan to pay repairer . They pathetic...their ad says "we look for reasons to pay than not to.pay " I totally disagree they look for reasons not to pay
