changing value and address for house content

On Nov 10th I gave notice to Santam that I cut down the value of my household to 50% and that I will move in 2 weeks time to another premise.<br> The reaction? Please come back when the move is done.<br> I did and since the the last week of November Santam keeps me busy with questions regarding my new address where I live as a tenant. Forms regarding roofs, the walls etc. I live now in an estate in a flat as one out of 1200.<br> in the 2nd floor and Santam ask me about river and lakes near by. May be they think the flood will reach my flat 8 meter above ground.<br> There comes a call on my cellphone from Santam while I am shopping late at 6.30 with a hidden number and a voice out of the off forced me to give her my passport-number for authentication. She has my personal telephone number, but I have nothing from her and should trust a hidden telephone number<br> However - we are not talking about cutting down the insured value (and cutting down the costs). I asked if I am insured right now, but haven't got an answer on this question.<br> I gave Santam a deadline for clarifying the changes which was certainly ignored.<br> What can I do.
