Changes in Policy and Increasing Fees

Changes to Policy I took out a policy for my car insurance with Santam in 2017. At the time the policy included 6 rides per year - Take Me Home Service. It was for the Take me Home Service that I insured my car with Santam. Some time back Santam changed that benefit and now I am only allowed 3 rides a year. Surely this is not good business practice to change the terms of the initial agreement. I have also asked Santam to review my policy because I have never had any claims, the mileage on my car is very low, I have a tracker, I am in a 24 hour guarded complex and more importantly my car is only worth R49 000! Still, my MV insurance goes up every year.
