Cellphone Claim - Not Put back in the same position as before!

Not happy about how my Cellphone claim has been settled.

At inception of policy I was asked what the replacement value of the phone was and at that time it was R11000. Now when I claim the assessor wants to choose what phone I can take. A quick search online is done and the assessor decides what cellphone I should purchase/the amount that will be paid out. I have been paying a premium based on replacement value of R11000, but they only want to pay out R5000. This is not a similar phone, the assessor does a quick check based on their own preferences. The phone they are suggesting I purchase does not have the following features:

Not Dual Sim No FM radio, RDS No ANT+ support Not a Scratch-resistant glass, oleophobic coating

The Radio is very important to me and I used to use it often. I am very upset about this and want the R11000 to be paid out as this is what I have been paying a premium based on. Then I can decide which specs I am happy to forgo.

Reviewer Update
The outcome of this claim was still not satisfactory. The assessor said she would increase the payout by R500, yet the phone she was recommending still did not have the following: - Selfie Camera: HDR missing - Radio: RDS missing - Sensors: gyro; barometer missing - ANT+ support missing My problem is the assessor is never going to be able to provide a phone with exactly all the same specs, and if this is the case they should pay out the replacement value that is provided in the policy schedule and that you have been paying a premium based on. However i was told they feel this is a fair replacement. But i feel differently. They decide on my behalf what is important and this cannot be correct.
