CELL PHONE CLAIM

I think I'm being taken for a ride here. How does a person insure something for the value of R6000.00, pay premiums for a R 6000.00 phone and get a pay out of R 2190?<br> my phone was stole. but why do Samtam decide which phone I must buy while I have insured my phone for the value of R 6000 and expect to get a phone that is worth that? <br> Kindly take note that there's no where on the agreement where it's been said that my phone will be replaced by the same brand, it is stipulated that the phone should be replaced for any other phone - which is worth the value of the cover. Hence I got a quote for Samsung phone, which is worth R 6000.00 not a Z3.<br> this doesnot make sense and I refuse to settle for anything lesser. This is unfair, and I'm not happy with Santam, and I want the rest of my money paid to me as it supposed to be.
