I would just like to give a compliment for Cathleen May, she is always so professional and a pleasure to work with. there is not a day where I deal with her and I do not get my issue resolved. she is always so gracious even though it is over the phone I can always feel her smiling when talking to her. she is a great asset to Santam insurance.
