After struggeling for more than 16 months to have my money returned from an accident that one of your clients caused and I sent the video evidence. The pasanger in the car, a Santam employee.(either a friend or family member) that handeled the case, I am still without the my money and had to resort to opening SAPS cases against them for lying under oath. You have to seriously start checking your employees, because this is going to come out in the media now as well. And after the ******** cases are finished and their careers are destroyed , guess what. You still owe me the money. I have even offered you a statement that if you reimburse me, you can handle your staff member internally and will no longer be my problem. You chose to ignore correspondence for months at a time. Now unfortunately you will have to deal with the fallout.
