case closed without any solution.

i claim for my house in bethal that the door was damaged by the rain, the asked me the specific date i gave it to them then after they come up with the stories of pictures, they said i must load a pictures of the door since when i must send the pictures it not even written on their contract well i don't have any problem with the picture but now when i call then they said my cancel my claim. and i was in a car accident for months now the claim is closed.
