Careless insurance. Don’t even think about them.

Recently took car insurance with Santam. They sent me links to inspect (upload pictures of my car) I did that on the 23rd of October, to my surprise I am getting a message saying I must do an inspection. I called to ask, the agent tells me “they can’t find my pictures” so that means my car was not covered this entire time?

I was told there’s probably a problem with their link. Who’s fault isit? I am so shocked and don’t know if il stay with them.
