Car Insurance Claim - Terrible Service so far!

<p>I had my accident on the 20th of April whereby I accidentally drove into the complex pole on the way to the shop. I gave insurance full details to the best of my knowledge since they only sent an assessor out to me 3 weeks later.</p> <p> </p> <p>This whole process has been extremely painful and draining. The Assessor from EOH Ane Barker was awful to me and treated me like a common ******** and accused me of things that didn't even happen. I never in my life had to deal with something like this or gone through a process like this - FOR DRIVING INTO A POLE. Even my billings and beacons report was pulled, bank statement and Ane Barker requested to phone all my friends from my billings list and even had the audacity to ask for one of my guy friends number who had slept over a week previously. I don't understand why this was required!!! Santam & EOH have been terrible with communicating with me and take forever to get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have emailed about 3 complaints... Yet still nothing. It is now the 12 of June and I still haven't even gotten my final damage report or an answer. I am sitting without a car and like any other human, I need to get to work. I have had to pay 2 x premium to Santam and for my Car installment, for something I cant even use and don't have!</p> <p> </p> <p>What is going on? Why am I waiting so long still?</p>
