car claim

I logged in a claim she then recommended me to CP Nel Bakwerke so they can work on my car. my vehicle had the following damages front bumper and the grid was broken and my air conditioner was damaged and I did mentioned on the claim that my air conditioner is not working but it was not fixed, and when i left may vehicle my light were working head lights and back light but now my lights are not working and I took the car back to them they told me its not the light is the switch and I told the there was not thing wrong with my car when I left my car to them and they told me they going to call Annilize Theron and she told them I must pay for that of which she dint even ask my side of story. still my vehicle have broken grid and airconditioning still not working my lights are not working i have paid my excess and I still pay my premium to Santam
