car accident claim

Made a car claim on 11december 2022 they took my car till today didn't get any feedback as to what's happening to my car (getting fixed or being s****ped), I did contact them for feedback on 27 January 2023 their consultant was rude and still no clear answer, they continue to collect premiums for something that I don't have.
