Can't get a quote from SANTAM

I am trying to get a quote for a commercial private insurance policy. It seems that SANTAM are not looking for work. I spoke to Maribene last Friday (23/11/18) and she started creating a quote. The motor car part was completed. She said she will have to come back to me. No return call. I called yesterday afternoon and was told she was on a call and that she would call me back. Nobody called. I called again today and was but through to Maribene. I asked her why she never called me back. He reply was she was too busy and she put down the phone. I spoke to a Manager from complaints who said he would investigate Maribene but he would put me through to someone who would help me. After a long wait I was but through to someone, I didn’t have chance to catch his name apart from saying hello when the call was cut. He never called back. Is this SANTAM's method of getting more customers??
