cant find my policy
Hi I took a policy on line for santam legal insurance when emailed santam for the policy documents they said they cant find my policy but they debited my account, I did give the the policy number and the reference on my statement on 01/04/2015 up until today I got no response, first Nicollette Jones responded and then Sinone Visser with ref AD166091, im not even sure they read the e-mails I send them, if this is how santam works im disappointed because if I could need assistant they wont and I cant cancel the policy because they cant find it
