Cant create a quote in more than a week

Cant even give you a quote in more than a week. Asked for a quote on 3 Feb, after more than I week when following up Phemelo Radikonyana informed me that she was busy last week and didnt have time to complete a quote. Guess that is better than signing up and then finding out how bad their service is.
