Can't contact Santam

I spoke to someone today who helped me to amend. Nobuhle helped me to amend the policy and app**** discount which was appreciate but did not send the confirmation letter requested and did not continue with my other requests. I still have outstanding issues and even though I called today to say "this is not how you guys operate", it has been 5 days and I have yet to be helped in full. I need this resolved today!

Santam finally decided to contact me. Ayanda, the consultant, was aiding me and completing the query while I ate my frustrations. After 30 minutes to just fill in an address and the license , the consultant got frustrated with me and put the phone down and decided not to call me back and therefore did not submit my insurance and now I have no insurance as of tomorrow which is when the policy is supposed to kick in but I could not complete the process. Santam contact me this morning to say that they’re sorry and this will never happen again. It’s my fourth policy change and it’s the fourth time that I have an issue with Santam and now they can’t even resolve my query even after the layed complaint .if this is not resolved tomorrow I do not see why I need to be with this company anymore
