CANCELLED Policy but STILL DEBITING my account!!!
<p>On the 26 February I was in an accident.</p> <p>I informed SANTAM immediately. SANTAM wrote my car off</p> <p>>>>>3 months later are STILL DEBITING my account for monthly car insurance.</p> <p>What exactly am I paying to have insured???????</p> <p>PLEASE REFUND WRONGFUL DEBITS IMMEDIATELY!</p> <p> </p>

After a lengthy process & continuously calling Santam, they refunded the full amount of over 3k in June 2016.
