Cancelled Policy but on ITC it shows i am behind with payments
Dismal, the service i received initially also sucked, no better way to say this. I have cancelled my Short Term insurance last year due to covid. I have received my cancelation letter from them. Now i am trying to do my cellphone upgrade and had to draw my ITC, Now they say i am behind with payments of R 1413

We are really sorry to hear that.
We have requested our Bureau Dispute division to assist and liaise with the credit bureaus to correct and update your profile and also provide you with a letter confirming you do not owe Santam anything and your policy had been cancelled.
We will send that letter as soon as we have received same.
