cancelled insurance bt dey still deductec

I sent an email to Dominic and cancelled, they responded after 5 days and told me that the debit order was loaded already, then gave me ref ***0 and said I must go to my bank to block it, the bank told me it was not loaded yet, but in any case the debit order went through for R867.83 on the 26th Nov, now I want a refund
