Business Interruption cover

We took out cover under business interruption, now Santam claim we had to take out the commercial business interruption. Also we have to proof material lost because your only covered with waterleaks, lightning,gas leaks, fire etc. This after we insisted on cover for any unforseen insident/event occurring bring us a lost in income. Bussiness interruption was brought to us with out the option of different tipes of it. Also they claim that epedemics and Covid 19 is not covered, only after they added this section to the policy after lockdown was put upon us, it was not written in the original policy.
