Brilliant service and efficiency

After the inconvenience of a burst geyser just before going on holiday, I contacted Debbie Davies from AON client services and her efficiency together with Didintle from Santam ensured that a new geyser was installed before I departed. All processes went very smoothly and I was refunded very quickly. The trapdoor in the ceiling had to be made bigger and the docket was left open for me to be able to sort this out after the holiday, which has now been completed and I have also been refunded for, Brilliant service, thank you very much! I do have to note that I used my own contractors, which helped speed up both the jobs.
