Brilliant Assistance by Santam

Faced with a flat/faulty battery on a vehicle that needs the battery to unlock the doors and release the electronic braking system, (cant push start a vehicle with locked wheels), I was really stressed about how I would get my vehicle unlocked, and started. Made ONE call to Santam who immediately arranged road-side assistance. Very impressed that within 3 minutes I had a reference Number, my location was confirmed with an SMS, and 8 minutes later the service provider was dispatched, 3 minutes later I received a call from the provider confirming my location and providing me with an estimated arrival time. Less than 20 minutes and my vehicle was back on the road. Really impressed by the fact that Thabang called me about 15 minutes later to make sure I was ok, and confirm that the provider had sorted my problem out!
