I've been insured with Santum since early 2020, today (24/09/2021) was my first time sending a claim to them and I am pleased with the experience that followed. The consulted, Brenda Phiri was extremely helpful. Through out the engagement Branda was keen to ensure that I was safe as well as my car which I found to be more comforting especially when one is in distress. Also. the tow truck driver was kind and did not take long to get to the scene.
