It is seldom that one finds an organisation that makes life convenient for its customers...Santam is one of the very few companies that delivers seamlessly and effortlessly. A recent claim involving damage piping in our plumbing system was reported, processed and the go-ahead given within ONE working day! At no time did I feel that Santam's representative was in any way looking for reasons not to honour my claim.
