Both professional, understanding
As I was 100% certain to leave SANTAM due to an unfortunate experience and cancelled my policy, Leah Matabane and Ebrahim Jamodien did an amazing job convincing me to stay with SANTAM. They were both professional, understanding and 100% the correct people to handle the situation. Thank you for your service and I hope to be with you for another 20+ years.
