Blocked drain
<p>About 2 weeks ago I called santam about a blocked drain, they sent an unprofessional plumber to my place.. and he attempted to unblock my drain with a MOP , YES A MOP!</p> <p>and then uses a machine falling apart and a broken spring.</p> <p>Non the less the drain was unblocked and he claimed I have a roots that has broken the pipe .. so explain how my drain worked fine for 2 weeks? Call me stupid but if the pipe was broken My drain shouldn't have even worked for 2 weeks .</p> <p> </p>

13 Feb 2017, 16:44I went out today and bought the rods to unblock my drain.. guess what guys it actually worked... it cost me a further R1400 for these rods added to R450 your outsourced plumber with his mop charged me for nothing.. you are more than welcome to come have a look i have a pic of my blocked drain and a recipe for what I bought to the job your plumber should have done in the 1st place .. santam need to screen the ppl you outsource your work to this is unacceptable... because now you have an upset client who's potentially gonna move all his business and personal policies.
