BIGGEST *****!!!!

We believe that insurance is something that should add value, not questions or uncer*****y. It should provide peace of mind, not parameters or excuses, and that has been our philosophy since we first opened our doors.(BIG LIE) [URL Removed] of a couple that was misinformed on their policy, well the same happened to me, I got burgled and lost everything of value, santam refuses to pay, my neighbour got a insurance quote from santam, where santam only require burglar proofing in front of windows in my area where i live, which i do have. The ******* got access to my property by removing a chain from one of the gates in the boundary wall in front, i was busy renovating a new gate to put up in the courtyard( previous gate was ripped of wall by unknown people) My application was also done over the phone where i explained the setup at my house, now its my word against the broker. So Santam i hope you are prepared to lose customers, I've got a lot of people saying they will take their business elsewhere if this is the way people are treated.
