Beyond disappointed with service

I'm extremely frustrated with Santam right now , a rental car was supposed to be arranged for me and it wasn't arranged. Worst part is I've been calling their claims department with no luck, now I'm stranded without a car nor a rental and I'm already 3hours late for work. Their lack of communication is unacceptable. I'm beyond disappointed with their service they supposed to be one of the best but all I'm experiencing right now is an *********** team. I'm ready to change
