Beware: Online Financial Advisor (Santam Broker) - Incompetence Guaranteed

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Santam's handling of my insurance claim and policy transition. Their broker, Online Financial Advisor, failed to mirror my previous coverage, including car hire, despite explicit requests and confirmations.

What's more alarming is Santam's complete lack of effort in addressing the issue. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they refused to engage with me or their broker to resolve the discrepancy.
