Beware of Santam.
Can't believe Santam is so dishonest with the public. 2 years down the line I only discovered it.

14 Mar 2026, 11:35Disappointing after 4 days still no call. When I telephonically concluded the policy in early 2024 I WASN'T informed that I don't have any theft or burglary coverage. Although I was paying R450 per month for that. I wouldn't have concluded the policy if that had been shared with me up-front. I expect a full refund for the contents cover payments I made over the last two years, which I didn't have cover for.
