Beware of annual premium increases
I am not happy with the the fact that Santam just goes ahead and increases my vehicle excess amount, on my annual policy renewal, with absolutely no explanation. I do understand that premiums go up annually, but firstly, increase my policy premium but you decrease the value of my vehicle by R14900 and also increase my excess, that' s not acceptable.

11 Sept 2024, 08:02Sorry, not acceptable. I want a response from SANTAM and not my broker because I did first approach my my broker but they did not even make contact with you. That is why I want a response from Santam and not my broker as to why my excess was increased. You are my insurer, not my broker
