I informed you on Monday morning that I need assistance as I hit a pothole on Friday and my steering wheel is shaking. I advised I want to check it out and you confirmed insurance will refund me. Then I had to call Santam myself to find out claim wasnt registered as a pothole but a wheel collision and then they confirmed that I can go to AutoMagic Thursday morning.
