Best service

I have received the best service from Santam the Monday 10 2025, I forgot the ladies name who assitend calling tow truck for me, she kept calling me to find out that have the truck came, are safe. Then on tues I got a call from Ntombi Johnson , who took me through the process, she's kept calling to is every still going well and she answered all my questions then on wed got a call call from the assessor Alexandra Klein whom also explained the process. All the ladies were very friendlyYet I'm still waiting for the final feedback of the claim as I submitted today 12/02/25 the documents. So far I'm happy I'm just hoping the approve the claim fast ☺️ as I'm carless
