Thank you to all the Santam employees (particularly Zoleka and Khaya) that made my experience with the claims department an absolute pleasure! I have never experienced such incredibly professional service from any company. I was informed daily of the progress of my claim, and I am still in awe of how quick and smoothly it all went!
