Benni is the best!

I would like to take the time to truly express my admiration for Benni in the sales department. I sent in a request for a quote on Tuesday and he called me within 5 minutes of the request. From the onset Benni was an absolute delight to talk to. He was clear and took the time to make sure I understood everything he was saying.

It is not often that a consultant will sound so upbeat with fantastic customer service and professionalism, beyond that I found Benni to take a genuine interest in me and my family which led me to trust him after the first call. I needed to insure two cars, my house contents and special items when outside the house.

Benni helped me find the best options that work for me and made sure I knew exactly what I would pay excess on. He also upsold me to 0 excess, where possible, to see if it would work for us. It did and made me very happy.

Benni was clear about all the things he needed from me and we have been able to sort everything out within 3 days (mostly due to delays on my side). He is an asset to Santam and a wonderful person which I am sure all who know him are aware of. It is clear he works hard and believes in the company he works for which is apparent in how he talks about Santam. After reading some reviews on Hello Peter I was a little concerned with the 3.5 rating but after talking to Benni I can completely disregard that and believe I have made the right choice swapping to Santam.
