Begging for completion of third party claim

I drive a Kia workhorse. I was parked second in the straight lane at a red traffic light when a Santam client drove into me from behind pushing me into the towbar of the car in front. A third party claim was filed for damage to both the front and back of my vehicle I also send the quote to Santam. A few mails was sent back and to. Apparently due to a false statement made by there client at the Police station I am still waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. The date of this accident was in June 2025
