Been taken for a ride by Santam service providers

A few weeks back my geyser gave problems. I contacted Santam Home assist service to send one of their contractors out to have a look at it. Upon inspection the Santam service provider reported that there is no continuity on the element and the thermostat is faulty. Meaning that there was an electrical break in it. So the agent replaced both and told me that an electrician should also check the distribution board. I payed the guy R640 for the replacement parts. After that I contacted Santam again to send out an electrician to check the DB boards. The electrician found that there was actually a fault on the time Eskom has installed. I asked the electrician to check the faulty element and the thermostat and he found that there was nothing with it. So I contacted Santam and explained to them what happened. I requested that Santam should get my money back from their service provider. On the 15 th of May I spoke to Martinus who is the Home Assist Manager. He told me that they will reimburse my money but that they will have to remove the new parts .I told him that my old parts was removed from my premises and that I will not allow ********* companies to enter my house again.Still waitin
