Becareful when you Insure with Santam Insurance

Unfortunately ive been insured with Santam,since incidents happened,geyser burst and many other things they were good in the beginning.I had been paying my premiums with good faith and trust and then things turned sour,they complained that i am a multiclaimer and then decided to cancel my insurance.Copoperation with them proved fruitless.Please do not insure with this company they want your money but when you claim alot they will cancel your insurance.They advertise Insurance Good and Proper and pay 99% of claims their true colours have been noted.I even approached the Ombudsman for help lost the case>Santam Insurance you are selling Insurance which is High Risk.I am mandated to have Insurance ,i was good to you paid my premiums but unfortunately you cry because i claimed due to unforseen circumstances.People please be advised if you take Insurance with this company make sure that they wont cancel you if you Multi claim like i did.It was not my fault that the geyser and many other things happened.Think twice before Insuring with Santam they dont practise what they preach.It is very important to have a good Insurance company irrespective of ho much you claim.Fair is Fair.
