Be careful of dealing with santam

Claim not paid as per the policy .They hide behind all the clauses and claim to replace like for like until you claim.i insured one of my cell phones for 4000 rand .they paid 1750.although they were very happy to take the premium on the 4000.00 .bought the best budget phone a couple of years ago they now claim as it discountinued it's replacement is a 3 year old model and not the best budget phone of 2025.they hide behind all the legal terms .be very careful when dealing with them.they promise the world but fail to deliver
